Full Course Meal is $40 (US) and Includes Homemade French Bread, Fresh soup of the evening, Choice of Grilled, Skewered or Steamed Vegetables, Baked, Garlic Mashed, Scalloped, Flouretted Potatoes or Seasoned Rice and Homemade Dessert selections every evening. Please note our entrée choices are different every night, offering our guests’ a variety of culinary delights each day of the week.

Baby Back Ribs – Portion size for two persons (S12.00)
Caribbean Conch Fritters~ Fresh conch breaded, deep fried and stuffed with seasonings. Portion size is for two persons. ($12.00)
Chicken Wings ~ Spicy, Buffalo or Barbecue style, freshly made each day. Eight wings per order. Served with a side of Blue cheese dressing ($12.00)
Garden Salad~ Fresh greens with tomato, cucumber, baby tomatoes, carrots and parsley with choice of our house dressing or various other available dressing. ($12.00)
Onion Rings ~ Large, fresh onions dipped in homemade batter, deep fried to perfection. Portion size is for two persons. ($12.00)
Coconut Encrusted Mahi Mahi ~ Filet of Mahi Mahi encrusted with fresh coconut and lemon.
Pork Chops ~ Grilled, Breaded or Blackened, served with side of fresh applesauce.
Baby Back Ribs ~ Grilled in our homemade Barbecue sauce with a smoky finish.
New York Strip Steak ~ A customer favorite.
Boneless Chicken Breast ~ Sauteed in a variety of Chef’s special sauces.
Stuffed Chicken Breast ~ Marinated chicken breast stuffed with vegetables finely chopped and sprinkled with fresh Parmesan cheese, drizzled with a delicious mushroom sauce.
Salmon ~ 8 oz. skinless filet drizzled with onions and a light lemon sauce.
Fish of the Day ~ Fish is grilled island style. Served with a Creole, lemon or Tangy sauce depending on fish.
Shrimp ~ Encrusted in our own freshly grown shredded coconut.
Pasta Primavera~ Served with Shrimp, fish, chicken or plain. A medley of fresh garden vegetables served with white wine sauce or homemade marinara.
Lemon Chicken ~ Thick and creamy lemon sauce drizzled over grilled chicken breast.
Chicken or Shrimp Roti ~ This entree originates in Trinidad, a homemade West Indian style wrap filled with curry, chicken or shrimp, diced potatoes and carrot medley. All Rotis are served with a side of Mango Chutney to complete the perfect Roti dish.
Jerk Chicken ~ A Spicy West Indian dish. Spicy jerk seared on blackened chicken. Not for the weak taste buds!

Vegetable Roti ~ Same as our Chicken or Shrimp Roti, but with a rich vegetable medley inside of white potato, zucchini, squash, carrots and finely chopped broccoli in thick curry sauce.
Vegetarian Pasta Primavera ~ A medley of vegetables including broccoli, zucchini, squash, carrots, sno peas and others, with your choice of grilled or steamed veggies. Choose from a white wine sauce or homemade marinara.
